I spend time exploring coastal paths, beaches, antique markets, and vintage fairs, collecting inspiration from the world around me. I have always been drawn to pieces with a history of their own — vintage charms, timeworn treasures, and beautiful objects that have been loved before. I love blending these influences with natural elements to create jewellery that feels both timeless and unique.
Sometimes it is a shell washed ashore, a piece of sea glass shaped by the tides, a forgotten vintage find, or simply the way golden light dances across the water at sunset. These discoveries become the foundation of new designs.
Every piece reflects a connection to nature, adventure, and the beauty found in life's simple moments. Through SO BEAU, I hope to share that sense of wonder and bring a little coastal magic into everyday life.

Hi my name is Lorraine, and i come alive near the sea and in nature. I love ibiza inspired, hippie, spiritual & bohemian style pieces mixed with vintage and preloved treasures. Im drawn to an eclectic mix of patterns, colours and fabrics.
I live just outside Glasgow, Scotland — and I love having the best of both worlds right on my doorstep.
I’ve always loved the energy of the city: wandering through little vintage shops, discovering hidden treasures, busy cafés, interesting people, fashion, music and that constant feeling that there’s something new to find. I can happily lose hours searching through vintage pieces and beautiful old things, imagining how I might give them a new life.
I’m equally drawn to the other side of Scotland — the wild, rugged landscapes, open skies and beautiful coastline. I spend a lot of my time on the west coast, particularly on the beautiful Isle of Arran.
There’s something about Arran that is simply good for the soul. The sea air, mountains, quiet beaches, weathered rocks and ever-changing colours make me slow down and notice the little things. I wander, collect shells and treasures from the shoreline, and find so much inspiration there for my pieces.
I think SO BEAU is a reflection of both of these worlds — a little bit eclectic and unexpected, inspired by vintage treasures and city life, but always with that wild, free-spirited connection to the sea.
From the city to the Highlands, and from the Scottish coast to wherever life takes you.
